2 Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account on jeetwin, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Providing false information during age verification is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be treated as a breach of the rules and all accounts may be closed immediately.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Name, mobile number, and all payment-related information must be kept accurate and up to date at the time of registration. Information is verified during withdrawal processing — any mismatch between the mobile banking account name and the registered name may delay the payment.
2.4 Account Security
It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Giving third parties access to the account is not allowed. If any suspicious activity is noticed on the account, the jeetwin support team must be informed immediately.
3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Deposits on jeetwin can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There are no processing fees for deposits.
3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timing
The same payment channel used for deposit must be used for withdrawal — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
3.3 Legitimacy of Funds
The member confirms that funds deposited come from a legitimate source. If money laundering or illegal financial activity is suspected, jeetwin reserves the right to investigate the account and close it if necessary.
3.4 Withdrawal Verification
For a first-time or large withdrawal, additional documents may be requested for identity verification. This process is necessary to protect the security of the platform and the interests of the member.
Bonus and Gaming Rules
4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
jeetwin offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be completed.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from a bonus only become withdrawable after completing a wager of 25 times the bonus amount. Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If any manipulation or misuse of the bonus system is detected, jeetwin reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and, if necessary, close the account. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
4.4 Other Promotional Offers
From time to time, jeetwin runs special promotional offers and events. Each offer has its own specific terms, which will be stated in that offer's announcement.
5 VIP Program and Cashback
jeetwin's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as a member moves to a higher tier.
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback on weekly net losses
- Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback on weekly net losses
- Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback on weekly net losses
- Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback on weekly net losses
For example: if a Gold tier member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. Cashback is generally credited to the account at a set time each week.
5.1 VIP Tier Changes
jeetwin determines VIP tiers based on a review of the member's gaming activity. A tier may be downgraded due to inactivity or a breach of the rules.
6 Gaming Code of Conduct
6.1 Fair Play Policy
All games on jeetwin are run directly through the software of the respective game providers. There is no possibility of manipulating outcomes. However, if a member suspects any irregularity in a game, they may report it to the support team.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Using software bots or automated betting systems
- Attempting to artificially influence game outcomes
- Colluding with other members to gain an advantage on bonuses or game results
- Attempting to profit by exploiting technical errors on the platform
If any of the above activities are proven, the related earnings will be cancelled and the account may be permanently closed.
6.3 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error or loss of internet connection, jeetwin will attempt to provide a fair resolution based on saved game logs. However, jeetwin is not responsible for issues caused by external network problems.

10.1 Direct Losses
If a member suffers any loss due to a technical error, server outage, or external cyberattack, jeetwin will investigate the matter and take corrective action where applicable. However, full compensation for losses caused by external factors may not always be possible.
10.2 Unforeseen Circumstances
jeetwin will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, government directives, internet service provider failures, or any other circumstances beyond jeetwin's control.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
jeetwin reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these rules
- Registering with false or incomplete information
- Breach of the age requirement
- Fraudulent or suspicious financial activity
- Abnormal betting activity through bots or software
- Operating multiple accounts
11.1 Balance of a Closed Account
If an account is closed due to a breach of the rules, accumulated bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited. However, the matter of refunding legitimate deposit funds will be decided after an investigation.
12 Mobile Application Use
These terms apply equally to downloading and using the jeetwin Android and iOS apps. The app is available through official channels. jeetwin is not responsible for security risks arising from apps downloaded from unreliable third-party sources.
13 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
If a dispute arises between jeetwin and a member, a resolution will first be sought through discussion. If direct contact does not resolve the matter, both parties may proceed to neutral mediation by mutual agreement.
13.1 Language and Interpretation
The Bengali version of these terms is final. If any translation exists in another language and conflicts with the Bengali version, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
